Whether you receive the digital or the print edition of the Spartan Senior newsletter, you can use this link to view/print/save the online edition: http://www.retirees.msu.edu/Newsletters/2010_02Feb49463 SpartanSr.pdf If you have not elected to receive the "digital" edition of the Spartan Senior newsletter, your postal delivery of the "print" edition will continue as scheduled. In your case, the link to the online newsletter simply lets you access the newsletter prior to the arrival of your print edition (or when you do not have access to your print copy, as while traveling). Many retirees have elected to receive the digital edition (thereby reducing printing and postal costs for MSURA as well as reducing the amount of postal mail that those retirees receive). Those members use this link to access the digital edition of the Spartan Senior newsletter (and optionally to save it on their hard drive for future reference and/or to print it at home). Contact the MSURA Office if you would like to switch to the digital edition of the newsletter. (If you use a dial-up connection to the Internet, it will take some time to load the digital edition.) Newsletters are also available on the MSURA web site: http://www.retirees.msu.edu/ Our digital newsletters are PDF files, which mean that your computer will need Adobe Reader (free for Windows, Mac, Linux) or another software program that can display PDF files (e.g., Preview on the Mac). If you don't have the free Adobe Reader program for Windows or Mac, you can easily download it from the Adobe web site: http://get.adobe.com/reader/ ________ D. MSU retirees are invited to attend the University Club’s Luncheon Colloquy Programs, even if you are not a member of the University Club. MSU retirees are invited to listen to experts share their views on topics affecting our daily lives and to pick their brains in lively give-and-take Q&A sessions. The lunch buffet features two soups, salads, two entrees, desserts, and beverage. The Luncheon Colloquy Programs are on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.
