THANK YOU to the 278 who completed the online survey (33% of invitees). ITEM 3 -- 67% live within 40 miles of East Lansing, 6% live 41-100 miles away, and 26% live more than 100 miles from East Lansing. ITEM 4 -- 53% use Facebook, 2% use Twitter, and 8% use LinkedIn. These are online social networking services. ITEM 5 -- "How can we make e-Notices more useful to you?" 85 members provided very helpful feedback, and several suggestions have been implemented in this edition of e-Notices. Thank you! ITEM 6 -- 20% have been retired 4 years or less, 21% for 5-8 years, 24% for 9-12 years, 13% for 13-16 years, 9% for 17-20 years, 6% for 21-24 years, 5% for 25-29 years, and 1% for more than 30 years. http://retirees.msu.edu/Surveys/Mini001Members_2011-02-Feb.pdf ________ FYI -- 1,339 members now receive e-Notices as well as links to new Spartan Senior newsletters via email each month. ________ Are you a spouse, surviving spouse, considering retirement, or interested in retiree activities and information?
