INTEREST GROUP EVENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
     Motorcycle:  MSU retirees who have owned or still own and operate a motorcycle (any size, make, and model) who wish to explore becoming involved in a MSU Retirees Motorcycle Group are invited and encouraged to make that interest known.  This group, if organized, would be purely social with initial participants deciding the agenda.  If you are interested in “exploring” the possibilities of becoming involved with MSU retirees who enjoy or have enjoyed motorcycling, you are invited to contact Dan Chegwidden in University Advancement at 517-884-1068.      Would you like to propose a new interest group for the MSU Retirees Association?  If so, please write up a short description which we can place on our web site, in e-Notices, and in the newsletter.  Send this via e-mail to msura@msu.edu.  If you don’t use e-mail, you may send a paper copy to us at 22 Nisbet Building, MSU, 1407 South Harrison Avenue, East Lansing, MI 48823-5239.  Please note that we cannot list a proposed interest group unless there is a specific individual who is willing to serve as organizer/leader, together with e-mail and/or telephone number that interested people can use to contact the leader.  Please remember that not all of our retirees use the Internet, so a telephone number is sometimes helpful for some interest groups.

     Campus parking permits for retirees  --  it is time to submit your online request for renewal of your retiree vehicle parking permit.  Instructions for renewal were sent via postal mail to all MSU retirees.  Have your MSUnet ID, password, and current vehicle registration available, then go to:  https://permits.police.msu.edu
